When you accept a professional's callout fee, your payment is held in escrow rather than paid out immediately. After the on-site visit, you'll review and approve an itemized quote before any further work begins. Funds are only released to the professional once you confirm the job is done.
Professionals submit identity and credential documentation as part of onboarding, which is reviewed before their profile can receive job requests. Ratings and reviews from completed jobs stay attached to their profile.
